How long will it take to finish my order ?
It will takes 4 - 8 weeks after order confirmation is received and deposit payment received into our accounts. Production leads is depend on your order quantity and also whether the ordered items is in stock or need to be produce.

Are all your products made from quality material ?
Our products are made from quality material . If the order keep continuing, we guarantee you to have the same quality of products as before. If there is any problem, we will explain furthermore to our client before the contract assignment.

What kinds of finishing do you use ?
We’ve explained already all detail about the finishing in the guide of installation. You can study it first.

Do you guarantee that your prices are competitive?
Yes, all our prices are competitive. Prices is depend on the quality of the products and we concern to give our best prices to all of our buyers. It's prove our commitment to both high quality products with reasonable possible prices in the current market.

Do you guarantee all of your products?
Yes, the quality is fully guaranteed. Any damage products due to faulty production - although this is very rare - will be replaced immediately. Damage can also occur during transportation / shipping ; so in this case we strongly suggest that you insure your products and make careful arrangements with your trusted shipping company.

Do you have catalog?
We have our complete catalogue in CD, we will give our catalogue to trust and serious buyer only to review of our products when you have commitment for doing a mutual business relationship with us.

How many items will fit in 20'f and 40'ft containers?
Both 20 ft and 40 ft can load the same volume, as they are limited of the maximum weight,. 20 ton or approximately 1080 m2 each container.

Can you help me with shipping arrangements?
Yes, we have been in partnership with a professional freight forwarding company for many years. We have ship many containers of our products with them. So you can rest assured that your products will reach in your place safe. We will also help in doing coordination post shipping of your products till your products are safely arrive and in your hand.
